Hubby and I each bought a sushi mat at Daiso and we decided to do a trial for sushi before inviting our friends for the hands-on.
I went for a crash course for sushi making during my poly days (gosh! that was like eons ago!!) and it seems that I have excellent memory, for I still remember how to roll the sushi. :)

| First step: to place the seaweed on the sushi mat, then wet fingers, spread sushi rice evenly on seaweed, arrange the egg properly. |

| Remember to press tightly so that the sushi is nice and firm. :) |
